God give you blessings at Christmas time; stars for your darkness, sun for your day and light on the path as you search for the Way. God grant you courage this coming year, joy in your labor, love in your home, safety and health for all those you hold dear.

*Christmas Program is Thursday, Dec. 15th in the gym. Grades 5-8 - 9:30, doors open 9:15 a.m. Grades Preschool – 4 – 2:00, doors open 1:45.

*Reminder: all lunch checks should be made to Lake Central.

*Students walk to church and go outside for recess, please send students with hats, gloves or mittens, and warm coats.

*Monthly Family Night Out is Tuesday, Dec. 13th at Gino’s East in Schererville. All day and carry out is included!

*Next Box Top for Education is January 19th, 20 labels or $2.00.

*Confirmation is scheduled for Friday, April 20th at 5:30.

*Christmas break from December 19 to January 2. School resumes January 3rd.

*End of semester January 12th. No School Jan. 13th and 16th.

The Advisory Board has recommended the following policies for the remainder of this school year. These will begin in January 2012. *Not showing up to work designated bingo service hours will result in a $40.00 charge per hour. *Uniform policy: girls pants worn under jumpers must be SOLID COLOR sweat pants: gray, navy, or black. No pajama pants, stripes, or plaids.

Important information regarding registration 2012-2013. *Open House – February 1st from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. *Family registration, Feb. 6 thru Feb. 16 *Parish member registration, Feb. 27-9 am to 1:30 pm Feb. 28 -9 am till noon *New family registration March 5 – 9 to 2:00 Registration will remain as first come first placed. Current families must register for Preschool thru 8th grade during the family registration dates. Parish members can register on Feb. 27th if your spot is not secured, new parish members can fill the opening. Very important to follow the deadline dates.
