God of infinite goodness, as we come to the end of this school year we thank you for your many blessings. During these months may we remember your love for us and carry that love out into the world this summer and always.
*Passwords for ISTEP results will be sent home on May 17 with your student, or you may pick this up at the office. Passwords are given by the State and the school office does not have a copy. This is your own personal code. ISTEP results must be kept by you for future needs for high school and transferring. Results will be available at the end of May.
*Any parent interested in being on the committee for this year’s Fashion Show (Sunday, October 3) we will have our first meeting Tuesday, May 25 after school. Profits from the Fashion Show will go to the purchase of Smartboards and set up equipment.
*May 1st student service hours forms were due, if not completed you will owe $10.00 per hour.
*Grades K-4 parents send in a note to your child’s teacher to request “summer work”. Grades 5-8 will receive a summer reading list.
*Congratulations to our Academic Team, they placed 2nd (only 13 points behind the 1st place winner) in their most recent competition.
*Thank you for supporting the Book Fair we held during Catholic Schools Week. We just received a “top of the line Smartboard” for free!!!!
*Construction on the school will start the week after the last day of school. Messages for the school office will be answered throughout the summer. Continue to check the school calendar and the News section of the website for current information.
*Reminder – tennis/gym shoes worn to school are to be WHITE, no silver.
*Passports to Our Heritage was very successful. Thank you to all the parents who worked so hard on this project.

Important Dates
August 5 - Pick Up forms package – return completed forms on the 10th
August 10 - Book Payment Day – 3:30 to 7:00 in gym New families can come at 6:00 School pictures, pay into lunch, pay tuition, book fees, H.S.A., Sports, purchase gym uniform, spirit wear & sign up for activities.
August 13 - Late registration payments at the church office 9 to 12. Forms package returned. No pictures or organizations will be available for purchases, sign up, or fees.
August 16 - Last late registration payment in ABC room. $100.00 late fee will be charged per family. Forms package returned, no pictures or organizations available.
August 17 - Preschool orientation 9:00 3-4 program 10:00 4-5 program. Students and parents enter through Door H.
August 18 - First Day of school K-8, 8:20 to 3:20. All services available, students in uniform.
August 25 - Back To School Night – 7:00 p.m. in gym,
enter Door A. Each teacher in K-5 will have
personal presentations in their classrooms,
teachers of 6-8 presentation is in the gym.
This night is for parents, not students.
